Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping will occur 7- 10 business days after purchase via USPS. Our shipping price is a flat rate via USPS along with other fees associated with shipping. Addresses entered incorrectly can delay processing. If a package is returned to the sender, we will send an invoice to cover any costs incurred for shipping to a new address.

Do we offer international shipping? 

International Shipping is not offered. We offer Domestic shipping to all 50 states.

What is our return policy? 

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. If candles are damaged upon delivery please send an email with photos to day7candleco@gmail.com. We can process another delivery depending on the available inventory. Inquiries regarding delivery damages will be considered up to 15 days after the delivery date. Inquires after 15 days will not be processed.
